Hyacinth Marie Salig-Bathan
Hyacinth Marie Salig-Bathan is the Managing Partner of Salig-Bathan Law Firm and the Chief Legal Counsel of various corporations. She is an experienced litigator, specializing in civil, criminal, and labor cases, and serves as general counsel for several companies in industries such as construction, real estate, business process outsourcing (BPO), logistics, manpower, trading, and aesthetics.
Before founding SB Law, she served as an executive assistant to an Associate Justice of the Court of Appeals in Manila, where she developed expertise in drafting appellate decisions and resolutions. She also worked with the Public Attorney’s Office – Makati District, gaining substantial training in criminal and civil litigation.
After nearly five years in government service, she transitioned to private practice, initially gaining experience managing corporate accounts at Rubio-Aguinaldo and Salig-Bathan Attorneys-at-Law (RASBLAW). Currently, she leads her law firm in Quezon City while also serving as the Chief Legal Counsel for various companies in the field of construction, BPO, and logistics.
