Atty. Hyacinth Marie Salig-Bathan

is the Managing Partner of Salig-Bathan Law Firm, where she leads the firm’s litigation, corporate, and advisory practice. She has extensive experience representing individuals, corporations, and institutions in a wide range of legal matters, including civil, criminal, labor, family, corporate, commercial, construction, and administrative law.

Before founding Salig-Bathan Law Firm, Atty. Salig-Bathan served as Executive Assistant to an Associate Justice of the Court of Appeals, where she gained invaluable experience in appellate practice, judicial research, legal writing, and the resolution of complex legal issues. She likewise served as a Public Attorney with the Public Attorney’s Office (PAO) in Makati City, where she represented indigent clients in numerous criminal, civil, labor, and family law cases, honing her advocacy and trial skills before various courts and tribunals.

Over the course of her legal career, Atty. Salig-Bathan has handled a broad spectrum of high-value and complex legal matters involving commercial disputes, corporate governance, construction arbitration, family law, white-collar criminal litigation, regulatory compliance, and administrative proceedings before government agencies. She regularly advises corporations, business owners, and executives on corporate structuring, governance, commercial contracts, employment matters, regulatory compliance, legal risk management, and strategic business transactions.

In addition to her private practice, Atty. Salig-Bathan has served as Interim In-House Counsel for a group of corporations, where she provides strategic legal guidance on corporate governance, commercial transactions, compliance, and operational legal matters. Her experience enables her to bridge legal strategy with business objectives, helping organizations navigate legal challenges while supporting sustainable growth.
